We’re going to play a game of photo-tag. John will post a new photograph he’s taken in Bollington recently and will start us off by tagging something in it. For example, if John posts a picture of White Nancy with a runner in it, he might say ‘TAG: Runner’ and it’s a race to spot a runner around Bollington, photograph it, and post it as the next comment. To keep the game going, you’ll need to tag your photograph with something else that appears in it with the runner. For example, if the runner was passing by the Adelphi Mill, you might say: ‘TAG: Adelphi Mill’. The next person needs to capture the Adelphi Mill in their photograph and tag something new. Like the Macclesfield canal. And so on!
Keep everything within Bollington, as it is accessible to the community,
Take new photographs; don’t use old ones! That’s the fun of it.
It’s okay to participate more than once, but not twice in a row! Let someone else answer your tag!
Be creative — you don’t have to stick to tagging landmarks (like ‘White Nancy’). You can be as general (like ‘busstop’) or as specific (like the ‘Pharmacy Door Handle’) as you like! Maybe even a bit challenging?
Keep comments here only to ‘TAG’ submissions. If it’s your first comment ever on the site, your comment will need to be approved before it is public. If you have any questions, you can contact us.
If you still aren’t sure what this is about — wait and see!
